Overview of Door Linings and Casings
Special door linings/casings
are the speciality of TW Joinery, from ex32mm and ex38mm
material we have the facilities to produce:
- Arrised or Square edge
- Priming
- Knotting
- Grooving for ½ hour and 1 hour fire protection
- Single and Double doors
- Wardrobe linings
- Fanlight and Storey linings
- Softwood and Hardwood thresholds
- Extra wide jointed linings
In addition to our special linings we also manufacture and stock STD and CLS door linings sets. Manufactured from high quality unsorted whitewood, the linings sets are individually spiral wrapped complete with a 12mm x 32mm door stop.
Sizes available are:
- STD Ex32mm x 108mm Fin door lining set
- STD Ex32mm x 132mm Fin door lining set
- CLS Ex32mm x 120mm Fin door lining set
- CLS Ex32mm x 152mm Fin door lining set
All above are available with either a 762mm/838mm reversible head or a 686mm/762mm reversible head.
